These Terms of Use constitute the End User License Agreement (“EULA”) for the Nutrion mobile application (“App”), developed and operated by Zsolt Hutvagner (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Nutrion application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. Description of Service

Nutrion is a nutrition and health support application that helps users track meals, estimate calorie and nutrient intake, and receive AI-generated insights related to diet and nutrition.

The application may include features such as:

• Food logging

• Nutritional analysis

• AI-generated dietary insights

• Health and nutrition guidance

• Personalized recommendations

The app is intended for informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice.

2. Not Medical Advice

The information provided by the Nutrion app is for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nutrion does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content generated by the application, including AI-generated recommendations, should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions related to your diet, health, or medical conditions.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

• misuse or abuse the application

• attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the service

• use the application in a way that may harm other users or the service

We reserve the right to restrict access to the service if misuse is detected.

4. Subscriptions

Nutrion offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

Available subscriptions may include:

• Nutrion Premium Monthly – billed monthly

• Nutrion Premium Yearly – billed annually

Prices may vary depending on your region and will be displayed in the App Store before purchase.

5. Free Trial

Some subscriptions may include a free trial period.

If you start a free trial and do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the subscription price.

6. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

7. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in your Apple ID account settings.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription will stop future renewals but does not refund the current subscription period.

8. Restore Purchases

If you previously purchased a subscription, you may restore access using the Restore Purchases feature available in the application.

9. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store payment system.

Refund requests must be handled directly by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies.

11. Apple Standard License Agreement

These Terms are intended to supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with Apple’s standard EULA, Apple’s standard EULA will prevail.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the application.

The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

13. Service Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the application after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
